Udon Spicy Cream Sauce

Today, Itoham would like to introduce this delicious menu to everyone. We use the popular noodle from Japan, Udon, to create fusion dishes. “Udon Spicy Cream Sauce” special with Itoham Bayern Wiener Arabiki, juicy 100% coarse ground pork sausage with Udon and spicy cream sauce creates a delicious dish that is suited to Thai people taste.

Ingredients:
  • Itoham Bayern Wiener Arabiki 1 cup
  • Udon 2 cup
  • Korean Red pepper powder 2 tbsp
  • Carbonara mushroom sauce 1 ½ cup
  • Chicken broth 2 cup
  • Mince scallions 2 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Unsalted butter 1 tbsp
Cooking methods:
  • Fry sausage with unsalted butter on a pan.
  • Reheat carbonara mushroom sauce in a pan. Add chicken broth, Korean red chili powder, and Udon.
  • Scoop Udon and spicy cream sauce onto a serving plate. Place sausages on top and garnish with mince scallions.
