Stir-fried Ham with Mushroom Sauce Crepes

Ingredients:
- Classic Ham 1 pack
- Mince garlic 1 tbsp
- Onion ¼ cup
- Capsicums 3 colors ½ cup
- King Oyster Mushroom ¼ cup
- Black Shimeji Mushroom ¼ cup
- Egg 3 eggs
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Rosemary ½ tsp
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce 3 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Coarse Grind Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Pasley (garnish)
Cooking methods:
- Stir eggs well. Heat the pan over medium heat, and apply a little oil. Scoop the eggs into the pan and fry them into a thin sheet. Prepare 2 egg sheets.
- Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Add minced garlic, onion oregano, rosemary, and then diced Classic Ham into the pan.
- Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, seasoning sauce, capsicums, king oyster mushroom and black shimeji mushroom.
