Stir-fried Ham with Mushroom Sauce Crepes

Ingredients:
  • Classic Ham 1 pack
  • Mince garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion ¼ cup
  • Capsicums 3 colors ½ cup
  • King Oyster Mushroom ¼ cup
  • Black Shimeji Mushroom ¼ cup
  • Egg 3 eggs
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Rosemary ½ tsp
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Coarse Grind Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Pasley (garnish)
Cooking methods:
  • Stir eggs well. Heat the pan over medium heat, and apply a little oil. Scoop the eggs into the pan and fry them into a thin sheet. Prepare 2 egg sheets.
  • Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Add minced garlic, onion oregano, rosemary, and then diced Classic Ham into the pan.
  • Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, seasoning sauce, capsicums, king oyster mushroom and black shimeji mushroom.
